"Rob did a fantastic job representing the sale of our manufactured home. We were selling a high end (high priced) manufactured home and needed and all cash buyer. The mobile home park we were selling in made it very difficult for home buyers to get through the park approval process...yet Rob found buyers who were willing to take a chance. Rob brought us 3 all cash buyers in a short period of time...the third buyer was the charm. His marketing savvy, top notch promotional materials and networking skills targeted the right people for our home. We hit some road bumps along the way but Rob was always able to maintain a very positive, supportive attitude about everything and in the end we sold our home for our asking price. Thank you Rob! "Rob is unquestionably the best realtor we've ever had represent us. We've purchased three homes, and sold one, and none of the other realtors, while they were all excellent, came close to providing the kind of service we received from Rob.We hadn't bought or sold in 22 years, making us practically novices all over again. Rob led us through the process from beginning to end, but always by helping us figure out exactly where we wanted to go, not by pulling us in the direction he thought we should take.It took us about three months from looking at the first property that interested us, to close of escrow on the home we eventually bought. He showed us every home we wanted to see, wrote up and submitted every offer we wanted to make, and patiently allowed us the time we needed to learn the realities of the local housing market.
